ROAM is a 468-bed student housing mixed-use project in the heart of downtown Missoula, located minutes from the University of Montana. The community is “purpose-built” to meet the unique needs of college students. The project boasts two floors of structured parking, 6,200 square feet of ground floor retail, and four floors of residential. Community amenities include secured access, on-site management, fitness center, study lounges, interior courtyard, bicycle and kayak storage, a bike/ski tuning room, and a dedicated music practice room.
