Copper Run is a 192-unit apartment community in Missoula, Montana that has achieved annual occupancy in excess of 95% since completion in 2005. The community is fully amenitized with a 3,500 square-foot clubhouse containing a pool, spa, movie theater, exercise facility, business center and conference room, communal kitchen, and outdoor BBQ area.
